Come into my world of poetry
Hello to you all and welcome to my website. I know there are lots of writers out there who love to read and write poetry. I am fairly new in my discovery of my love of writing poetry.
I have been self teaching in writing. I was clueless at the begining of how to rhyme without the discovery of a rhyming dictionary and also just how many techniques and styles there are. I have since been reading up a lot and my poetry is from my heart.
I am going to use this website to post my poems and to get feedback from anyone who so chooses and to see if I get noticed by any publishers. I have also created my gift shop which is great for hearty personalised gifts. Check it out!
I first discovered my love for writing when I had my daughter in September 2006. I suppose she was my inspiration and new found love. She changed me in a way I never thought possible. My daughter is my life.
Poetry is everywhere and it is more popular than I ever thought. I have discovered this lately.

This is a new website so please forward this site to all that may be interested and if I get enough intersest then I will do a poetry contest for all to enter on a monthly basis and all for just £5 a month and then this would make up the prize for the winner. This would be a good way to allow others to see your work and rate and give you some feedback as well as the chance to meet other poets in the forums and have a great chancy of winning some cash prizes. But like I said in order for this to happen I need as many poets to find my site as possible. So please pass this on to anyone who you may think would like to be a part of this community.
Whether you have been writing poetry for years or weeks all poetry will be accepted as this is a place for all poets to come and learn from each other and get tips and advice and also just to have fun.
